We are looking for a number of energetic individuals to help with our group finance’s
Tools of the Role
Your role will require you to use the following software packages:
- Online Scout Manager
- Office365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Online banking
- Stripe payment system
Core Tasks/Responsibilities
- working with the treasure, Chairman & GSL to keep the groups finance systems operational
- assist the treasurerin mataining the accouts
- manage the groups giftaid re4turn
- manage the groups fundraising
- apply for grants
The Training
Mandatory
Scouting has a core set of training that Team members will need to undertake:
- General Data Protection Regulations
- Safety
- Safeguarding
- Trustee introduction
A Scouting DBS is required for this role
